Problem:
Too much heat coming into the buildings. The HVAC systems were working at maximum capacity. Needed a product that could eliminate Solar heat gain coming through windows while maintaining minimal change in appearance to glass systems; both interior and exteriorly.
Solution:
Applied more than 8,500 square foot of Panorama Hilite 70 Infra-red reducing window film that reduces the Infra-red heat by 98% while maintaining a virtually clear appearance. The window film application reduced the BTU's coming through the glass by more than 50%.
Application: 4000 square foot of exterior window film, Sentinel 40, to outside of windows where glass was installed incorrectly for this climate zone. The window film application reduced the BTU's coming through the glass by more than 50%.
